Product quality is actually very good. The “instructions” that came with the product were absolutely horrible. Water, tea or coffee had been spilled on the instructions making them mostly illegible. Also quite confusing was a notification that came with the remote, stating device would not turn on the TV if it had been “upgraded,” that TV must be turned on manually. I assumed this was a soft/firmware update. Regardless, my TV was unaffected, but future owners should be aware BFFORE taking delivery, not AFTER, of this potential.I was in the process of returning the device, as three of the nine control buttons were not functioning. I re-read the sellers post and realized this was a learning remote that could be reconfigured for my TV. I reprogrammed and voila, all was well and I kept the device. The seller really needs to do a better job in presenting the instructions. They are really bad!!! BUT the control unit is actually very good.

So I waited a while for this remote to get here and it finally gets here took some time to sync it to my tv. Then the power button doesn’t work and the microphone does not work either. Also mic does not work. (Sighhhhh)

We ordered a replacement remote control for our Samsung Smart TV. It was the same part number but did not list the same model number for our TV. I sent a question to the seller thru Amazon and within the hour the seller responded with a thank you and that the remote did work with our model Samsung TV and that they would be adding the other model numbers to their listing.It was a perfect replacement at an excellent price.

First remote had faulty volume button. Now, the replacement has a faulty Channel button.Don't waste your money, folks.

When the television gets to hot the volume does not go over 14 on the volume.
