The Underpants of Chaos: 1 (Tuchus & Topps Investigate, 1)

I would highly recommend this book. It's a very good read, very funny and very enjoyable for the adult reading and the child listening. By far, the best bedtime book and that is from me and my 6 year old boy. Other books get compared to this book, but this is the best one by far.

To be honest, I loved everything and disliked nothing. Also if YOU are a fan of David Williams or Roald Dahl you will definitely LOVE this book. Underpants, shivers, (ballroom dancing!? 🤣) and loads more will get you laughing from the start to the end. The best bit was where a flock of chickens just strutted into the classroom without any warning and laughed so much at the bit where it said “and she presented her butt to the world” Make sure you read this book or you’ll regret it.

I read this to my 7 year old son a chapter a night before bed. He raced up the stairs every night to catch up with Lenny and Agatha. He laughed so hard every night, I thought he would wake his little sister sleeping in the next room. He is still laughing about the military grade chickens. Excellent read full of humour. When we finished the last chapter he asked if he could get the next book. My son has literacy issues but I would imagine 7/8 year old with good reading ability could read it for themselves with help.

My GrandDaughter was so excited when she saw this book in her Birthday present. Her Teacher had read some of the book to the class that week, now she could read it herself. Perfect present!

Bought this to read to my 8 and 10 year olds before bedtime. It’s hilarious, we all laugh out loud every night. Have since ordered more by this author we’ve enjoyed it so much
