After what I suspect was an overuse injury to my CMC joints, I finally realized I needed to stop re-injuring my thumb every day and let it heal. My dominant hand was the worst, but this brace has made a huge difference. It immobilizes my thumb well without being difficult to wear, so I'm much less likely to make the injury worse during everyday activities. I also like that it can be worn on either hand, which is great since both of mine have been bothering me. Comfortable, supportive, and exactly what I needed to give my thumb a chance to recover.

The moment I put it on, I felt my thumb finally stay in a comfortable, supported position without locking or clicking. The material is soft but sturdy, and the adjustable straps let me get the fit just right without cutting off circulation. What I like most is that I can still do everyday tasks—typing, holding my phone, cooking—without pain. It keeps my thumb stable without feeling bulky or restrictive. I noticed improvement after just a couple of days of use, especially in the morning when stiffness was usually the worst If you’re struggling with trigger thumb or tendon irritation, this splint is absolutely worth it. Great quality, great comfort, and genuinely helpful relief.

Does the job, good value for the price. It does not fit as shown. That hand in the images must be really small or the design changed. But for the better, not as far down thumb. The only complaints are the metal bracing is a little weak and the velcro closures don't hold down at the edge well and easily snag. Edit: after brief use it was found to have poor stitching inside and irritates the thumb where it rubs. Needs some cleanup and a small pad to prevent rubbing.

This works great for my trigger thumb, it keeps my thumb in place so it doesn't click and it doesn't hurt

It’s just a tad big for me, but I also have smaller hands. Regardless, it works! I am able to get it on fairly easily most of the tome with my other hand…but other times it can bit semi-challenging bc I have to make it tighter and my other hand doesn’t always work with my RA. I’ve slept in it and was fine. I did bend the metal to make it more comfortable and supportive for my hand/thumb. It does make my hand a little warm…or maybe that’s just my perimenopause?!?! Overall, I love it and believe that it’s great for the price.

The good parts are that this is a lightweight brace that leaves much of my hand free and mobile - the fingers. The bad part is that my hands are very small and the thumb section goes over the tip of my thumb by almost a quarter of an inch, so I will have to return this. All the other braces are so thick and heavy, so this one was appealing. Very disappointed.

Does what is supposed to do- keeps thumb from moving and it’s already feeling better and healing

This is a great thumb support. I had a "trigger thumb" and needed to mobilize it for a week or two. I especially liked the Velcro to tighten the wrist and thumb so that it felt comfortable to wear. great product. This is no irritate my skin at all. thank you
