Hard to balance
I’ve only worn these two days. Our floors are wood so I walk around barefoot. I purchased these because my heels hurt. They do help, but it is hard to keep my balance. I don’t think they can be worn w shoes either. I will totally keep them though! FYI ~ my shoe size is 5. Plus, the rubber keeps my feet warm 👍🏼

They are okay. You can tell when you're in socks. They don't add a lot of height and feel weird when you walk around.
