Very easy to assemble, holding up and of sufficient quality that I expect it to hold up ongoing to my 6'1" 205 lb. frame. Really feel the workout in my abs, chest, and arms. Resistance bands are well made, add a lot to the workout. Workout guide included and expanded version available online. Even comes with spacer to substitute for the middle wheel for a better workout when you feel you've progressed enough to remove the middle wheel. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to work out the abs, but doesn't want to do situps like me.I weigh 220 pounds and this thing is not the least bit shaky. It is strong like Mountain, and it rolls very, very, very smoothly.I have not used the resistance bands as I'm still an ab roller noob, however the knee pad is well worth it.You don't realize how old you are until you have to support your body weight with your knees.10/10 would buy again.

I've been using the AB Wheel Roller for several months now and love it! I have had low back issues my entire life and every exercise I was given to strengthen my core always just seemed to aggravate my back. The ab roller by itself was good, but when I started using the straps I felt such a positive difference. My core is much more solid now and I'm actually starting to see my abs! One of the straps broke after only a few months of use. The Unicorn company was very nice and sent me an entire new kit. I use it for 100 to 200 reps per day. For $17, I have been really happy with this product, I just hope the straps last much longer this time.

Holy..wow. Better than doing jack knives...or any ab exercises that hit your upper and lower abs. I felt it all angles..and even my obliques. I even felt it working on my lower back. Ive always had lower back issues..so im hoping this will help strength my whole core including my lower back. Great quality. ..very stable and sturdy! I havent even tried it with the bands. ...all i kbow is that after using this..man do i wake up sore😁 I highly recommend this product!

With or without the resistance bands, this is a sturdy little tool that helped me build what I considered impressive ab muscles, while I felt like I was doing next to nothing, in a couple of months, while I refused to diet. Unfortunately for me, I've got long-time issues with my shoulder, and I had to stop using this. I've been looking for a viable replacement for some time. I'm afraid I will never find anything nearly as effective or quick for building ab muscles. Minus the shoulder complication, this was the best fitness purchase I have ever made by a long shot.

The quality could be better, I honestly wouldn't have mind paying 40 for a better quality product. The resistance bands had a odd fishy smell and the handles are cheap. As well as the carrying bag and kneel pad, like 99 cents store quality. However for the price (13 bucks) it was fair.My low rating isn't because of the quality (because it was fairly priced), it's because when using it without the bands the handles started to slowly slip off. And they were both on pretty tight before my work out. Im only 114 lbs so weight wasnt a factor. With that said, I had to stop my workout both times I've used it, just to push the handles back on fully. Im pretty sure if they slipped off all the way, the metal wouldn't be safe as it was rough along the edgss. Its effective, just too much of a hassle.

The item is as described. I like the size of the extender, about 3" x 2". Plugs right in and connecting to your existing routers wifi was not that difficult.Simply follow the directions and your set. Took me about 5 min.My only negative is that it creates a new connection/network name, and you have to connect to it manually should you choose. _2GE or _5GE. I wish it just carried the same name as your network name.Otherwise I like the dual band (I highly suggest), the compact size, the easy set up and the price was decent.

The resistance bands are good quality, as is the ab roller. They seem like they could hold up for a while. The knee pad is a bit flimsy, but gets the job done. There's even a manual showing different exercises with the roller, and how to assemble the set as well as the bands on the roller. Strangely though, the manual doesn't show any exercises that use the bands with the roller.

I just love this wheel roller. I used 1 wheel and double wheels before, and i have to say 3 wheel is so much more stable. Highly recommended.
