The media could not be loaded.  Great price, value, quality and service. My window frames required me to drill an additional hole in brackets but this was easy with a cobalt drill bit. I used Milwaukee 3/16 red helix bit for hard metal and bracket was put in vise for stability. The center shade covers a patio door we rarely use, the blind rubs on the handle and slows briefly but doesn’t stop. I’ll probably install a slimmer handle just for looks.I choose the P440 motor and the remote was pre-programmed to open all 3 simultaneously. There are 16 channels so each can be opened individually but the pre-programming is a group function labeled CC (see pic). There are no instructions for the remote so I hope I never have to reset it.The pictures were taken in upstate NY on a cloudy day facing west. Solar shades, black, 5% openess. Very happy overall.

STOP, I DEARLY WANT TO bring your attention, I am not paid to write this ad, at all !But let me tell you, from all the companies online, from the expensive blinds to the discount places, YOOLAX bluffed us , from Day one.First I had questions, they replied to every question in no time.Second, my windows are at 32 feet high, I did not want to spend $10000 in electricity to plug my blinds ... YOOLAX , came up with the idea to use their solar panels (sold separately), and THEY WORK !3, we picked the grey see through, so we could keep the natural light, people can see us , and now we are protected from. the heat and cold.Everything was delivered at the exact promessed day!The guys who installed my blinds were amazed by the quality and took pic for future referral.To the entire team of yoolax, you win. I am ordering my entire blinds with you, no one else. The only thing is the remotes gets here with no batteries, apparently they are forbidden by custom. when the installer came, I wanted to try my blinds before they leave. So I rushed out to a Walgreen buy a "2450" flat find large coin type battery.yoolax I know your booklet to explain how the blinds to Alexa is not ready and you were franck about that but I cannot wait to get it . I will post a review in one year for follow upYou made our lives easy, elegant and saved us $$$$$$$$ . I was asked by a famous company $8500 for all my windows and the new solar panels , they had to be installed only by their guys etc... when I will be done with my windows by Yoolax I will be saving $ $5500 huge huge difference.

I bought 3 grey solar shades to install side by side over a large double sliding door. Once confirmed, the seller shipped it out within 3 days. The shipping took another 2 weeks which is not bad considering we are under global shipment blockage.The shade fabric, the hardware, the valance and the remote are of good quality. The Installation was really straight forward. Took maybe 10 mins per shade. The programming took a bit longer because I was trying to follow the video. DON'T watch the video. Once I find the instruction booklet, the programming is straight forward. I programmed all 3 shades on to the same remote and it was MAGICAL to open and close with a single click. I charged up all 3 shades and plan to charge them about once a month. The USB extension cord is a must buy. But I think any usb extension cord should do.If you butt more than 1 shade together, if both ends have no motors, the gap between the shades is about 0.5 inch. If one end has a motor, the gap increases to ~ 1.5 inch. Make sure you only order and install with the non motor sides together.I checked some other so called US based window treatment stores. They are either Mexican or Chinese made anyway. Why not go straight to the source and save more?Now I feel bougie everyday looking at my beautiful shades and impressing my guests knowing that I didn't spend much at all. I will definitely buy more for the rest of my house.

The box arrived practically destroyed and we sent it back. Yoolax emailed immediately and started working on replacing it. When the next box arrived, with only a small corner bump, opened it and installed it. Set up the remote and it worked great. Connected the Zigbee motor to our Amazon Echo Show but it wouldn't control it. Had to update the firmware on the Echo Show and then reset it, keeping home connections and now they work perfectly together (it was not a problem with the shade.) In the picture what looks like dirt on the shade are actually smudges on the windows (can't clean the new windows or remove stickers until the inspector has signed off.) We can see out to the pool deck but sun doesn't come through the window to heat up the house. At night we can stand on the pool deck and see through the shade when the lights are on in the house. We have this in our dining nook off the kitchen so privacy is not an issue (and we have a privacy fence as this window faces the backyard.)

These shades are exactly what I was looking for. The back of our house faces west, so the afternoon sun gets very hot. These allow light through, but block the heat of the sun. I was able to connect them to my Echo Plus and can control them with my voice. Install was extremely easy - 2 brackets, 2 screws and done. The response from their customer service is extremely fast and they answered all of my questions before my initial purchase. I went ahead and purchased another set and plan to use these to cover all the windows in my home. I also purchased their blackout shades for my bedroom and they are fantastic as well. Don't hesitate, the quality rivals other brand names at half the cost!
