Works like a charm on my Jacuzzi Toilet
The cheap seal on the toilet basically disappeared after 2 years and the thing started running all the time. I replaced the flapper but nothing seemed to work. Hard to find 3" parts for these lo flow toilets. Anyhow.. this fits perfectly and stopped the issues. The adjustable drain is great too, makes it less of a hassle to install.

WOW! I'm doing 2 reviews so I can give it 10 STARS
The Kohler toilet with the fancy little brass knob in the center of the tank lid in our powder room hasn't worked this good since the day I installed it. I paid $600 (contractors price) for it in 2001 because #1 thought it was cute and in spite of my doubts I got it for her. My experience has been cute designer plumbing fixtures are nice to look at in a magazine ad but little else. Stay as far away from them as you would someone who says, "Hi I'm from the government and I'm here to help you." But she wanted it and there was a time when I did things she wanted to make her happy, but I digress. With four toilets in our home I've replaced more toilet parts more often than I care to guess. Four years ago I completely rebuilt every toilet in the house and decided to use 100% OEM Kohler parts, God am I stupid or what? As I fought those blasted 3 legged Kohler tank gaskets I kept telling myself I had to endeavor to persevere like Lone Watie in The Outlaw Josie Wales, and after a while I began to think, if I ever finished I'd declare war on Kohler. When I saw this flush valve I was skeptical but went ahead and ordered this for our cute flush twice powder room toilet because it had to work better than that over priced OEM stuff from Kohler and did it ever. I told #1 not to let the cat watch the water when she flushed because it might be sucked into the vortex and we'd never see it again. It took longer to remove the old Kohler parts out and clean the black gunk off my hands from their deteriorating rubber gasket than it did to install the Plumb Pak K835-9 Flush Valve with silicone gaskets. I'm ordering one more for another toilet but unfortunately 2 other toilets have flush 3 times Kohler canisters.Update: Sept. 5, 2021 - Last month we had house guests who seemed to go out of their way to use the powder room toilet rather than the other toilets. Before leaving they asked what I did to it to make it flush like that. I told them about the Plumb Pak K835-9 and they said they were buying new flush valves as soon as they got home. And as Paul Harvey used to say ... "and now here's the rest of the story." Last week #1 said she had to turn the water off to the powder room toilet because it wouldn't stop running. I turned the water on checked it and everything was fine. Two days later she said it was running again and turned the water off again. After the fourth time it was cleat the valve wasn't seating properly until the tank was empty then it would be okay for a couple flushes. I may contact the manufacturer so someone can read from a script telling me in spite of being a licensed, insured, bonded and heavily taxed professional who's installed and/or rebuilt toilets for 40 years I didn't follow the package directions.Update: Nov. 3, 2021 - Shortly after the Sep. 5th update I found the culprit was the flush valve pull chain. It was twisting and shortening the chain enough to prevent the flapper from sealing. Unlike a side mounted flush lever a tank top flush knob rotates 360 degrees and when #1 lifted the flush know she was inadvertently turning it clockwise. I may eventually change the chain to the old style beaded chain that rotates at every segment but until then we're careful to lift the knob straight up and haven't had any problems since.
