This toolkit does not include the Y00 that the repair guide states is required. You'll want a toolset with Y00 and PH00 bits to complete the repair

Can this kit be used to open an iPhone 11 case?

No, the IPhone 11 is sealed and the tools in this kit aren't sufficient to open the case. A more specialized tool is needed.

Can this be used for ps4 controller or Nintendo switch controllers?

Yes, the kit includes the Phillips line and appropriate tools for your fix.

Does the 2 halves of the tool case attach securely?

The halves have somewhat strong magnets that hold them together. But they are not strong enough to keep a person from opening the case. That means that you can also accidentally knock the case open and drop any loose things inside. I feel that for most of the time / most people, the case will stay securely closed. I'm happy with it!
