These Sandalwood incense sticks do not smell anything like sandalwood. This is very disappointing.Update!I just wanted to give a shout out to the customer service for helping me and going above and beyond. They reached out to me and resolved the issue with the product I purchased from them. I was really touched by this. And they sent me a replacement the next day. Thank you!

This incense won't stay lit for more than a couple of minutes. You have to relight it all the time. Ended up just throwing them away because it was such a hassle. There are MANY better options available, skip this one. Very poor quality.

To perfumey and a bit to much nag champa scent to bea good copal. I prefer amae made in Mexico copal. It's worth it.

My first introduction to Palo Santo was in the heart of the Peruvian jungle... or was it on the cool Andean mountains before descending into the heat of the rainforest? Whatever my initial encounter with the stuff, there is something indescribable about its smell - no wonder it's called the 'holy wood.'Since my return lo those six years or so, my favourite way to get the incense's scent has been to burn the actual sticks, but that requires a bit of finagling and it tends to go out. I've tried other Palo Santo incenses where they mix in other scents and it gets all flowery - it's fine, but gets a bit cloying. This is nothing but naked Palo Santo, and it is amazing for it. The sticks are thick and long burning, and they really liven up the energy of a domicile. Highly recommended.

They have a slightly different scent than other handmade Palo Santo sticks I have tried but they still smell great. I enjoy using this incense when I practice yoga or need to focus on something. I usually light these incense sticks with a lit candle, I've never had a problem getting them going. I find this incense burns at a good rate, one stick last over an hour. I was expecting the sticks to be a lot larger than a regular incense stick because of the price but I don't find them that much bigger to be honest. I regularly purchase handmade incense that costs much less for the same amount.

I have no clue what the strips are in this incense. I've never had a incense burn like this. Absolute garbage. Does not stay lit at all. Every single stick out kept going out after a few minutes Displaying what is in the picture. I tried 7 out of the 12 hoping one would be good. Nope...one stick engulfed in flames filling the room with smoke and stunk like gasoline.I cannot recommend this product and will be throwing the remainder away.

I’ve smelled Palo Santo before and this didn’t smell familiar. Not sure why but mine will not stay lit. It burns for for 5/10 mins then goes out. If that’s what’s supposed to happen, not what I expected nor will I be purchasing again.
