Hampton Bay UC7067RC New OEM Remote Receiver 7067FM-05D(6+5)

Had very little difficulty in replacing this receiver. The wire color codes on the new receiver were the same as on my original one. Now we have lights and fan working again. Better than buying new ceiling fan/ lights.

We ordered the item and it arrived on the exact date given when shipped. The product was intact with no damage.

Easy to wire in as a replacement to the original Hunter Fan.

I had an older Minka Air concept two ceiling fan. I tried ordering other receivers that were suppose to work for my model but they did not work. This one looked identical and had the same number on the side so I gave it a try. Lo and behold, it works perfectly. Now I don't have to replace a 400.00 ceiling fan. Thanks.

Finally installed this in my 10 year old Hampton Bay ceiling fan. The receiver was an exact match to the stock yellow one. The settings for the remote were even set for the same as the original. It was a quick replacement.Keep this In mind when purchasing, there is now a delay for the light. The old receiver had the light come on right away as soon as I turned the switch on. The new receiver has about a one second delay between the switch and light now. It’s not a big deal, just something to get use to. I contacted an electrician and he said it was normal for a replacement receiver to do that. I gave the receiver 4 stars for that reason.

Easy to pair and this one is the correct one for my fan.
