I’m sure there is one available, but not what I have seen. Snaps is convenient however you loose the ability to hold liquids that biomass the diaper

Q: are these worn over a diaper ?

Yes. Be sure that the wearer washes and dries their skin at each change to avoid skin breakdown (ulcers and "bedsores"). We keep flushable wipes by the toilet and also get adult no rinse bath wipes with aloe for him to use. The heat generated by two waterproof items is significant, so be careful to neutralize the urine on the skin. And, remember to wash the Quiksorb after each use to avoid that unlovely urine odor!
