Description
- This pizza base mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water, oil and stir to blend the mixture together.
- 4 Round pizzas of 20-24 diameter can be made from one packet!
- Pour the mix in a bowl and add 220 ml cold water and 50 ml oil
- Blend the dough out until homogenous and let it rest for 10min
- Roll the dough out thinly and put on your favourite components and bake at a temperature of 210 - 230 °C for 15 - 20 min.
