I used to suffer from irregular bowel movements. I have taken many probiotic products to alleviate the symptoms. I found this product to be a new type of probiotic product containing both beneficial microorganisms and a human milk oligosaccharide (HMO).After taking the product, the frequency and timing of bowel movements became very consistent. I had regular bowel movements in the morning, and my feces became smooth and snake-like.The product's taste is good, and it is effortless to swallow. As it was in powder form, I felt some leftovers stay in my mouth, so I drank a glass of water to rinse them away in my mouth.It is an effective product that promotes regular and consistent bowel movements. I felt that my gut health improved after taking the product regularly.

I've been having constipation after a hip surgery. And the digestion / metabolism is key for general well being. Besides being aware of what I ate I started taking two capsules per day with food. It's been only a week that I started taking this but my digestive system is working much better and I feel better in general. I found it more complete than the probiotics they sell at the pharmacy. I had tried those before and didn't have luck. Now, who knows, there are a lot of other variables to consider when tackling issues in the digestive system. But it worked for me and if you have digestive issues I recommend to try it. Also it tastes good even by itself.

I take a single serving packet daily mixed with one-to-two ounces of water. It has a pleasant and mild yogurt flavor. I use the product to promote gut health because it contains several probiotics and 3 grams of prebiotic fiber.

I have only been taking it for a week. It brought on my cycle a few days into it. It tastes amazing. I don’t suggest mixing it in water. So far I feel good. I don’t have the sharp pain in my stomach. I gave it 4 star for now. I still have bloating. I will check back in in a month or two.

I’ve tried at least 8 different types of probiotics on the market over the last 5 years and nothing has worked like Momstamin does now. Since the day 3, I felt the improvement on my body. Product is very grainy, doesn’t dissolve well, and has a very apparent unfavorable flavor that is NOT masked unless buried in high flavor food. Not buying again.

I’ve had constipation for more than years now, and after I took 1 packet, I was able to go to bathroom next day (I usually have bowel movement x2 per week). They were effective and made me feel good and comfortable in lower abdomen area since I emptied out. They taste like yogurt and kind of easy to eat but since they are in a powder form, I coughed occasionally. Highly recommend to eat them with lots of water.
