Thanks for asking the insulation level question for GLL Latex Coated Work Glove 10-pack. The work gloves are well insulated by strong Latex Coating and Nylon Shell, but they are NOT suggested to be used as electrical-insulating glovess in high voltage such as 110 v or 220 volts.

There are levels of chemical-resistant protections offered by work gloves such as ours, for example B07NW11RXN, B07NV7NFT2 and B07KD15K4W. The protections from chemicals vary according to glove material. At a glance:

Latex are good for protections from BLEACH, BORIC ACID, ACETIC ACID, CITRIC ACID, WEED KILLER , ETHYL ALCOHOL ...

Nitrile are good for protections from ANILINE, ASPHALT, BORIC ACID , BRAKE FLUID, CREOSOTE, WEED KILLER , OIL ...

PVC are good for protections from PHOSPHORIC ACID, SULPHURIC ACID, WEED KILLER...

To answer your questions, in general, our Coated Work Gloves protect your palms and fingers well from chemical spray but not the back of your hands because our working gloves are knitted and breathable to ensure the comfortableness.

We certainly recommend our gloves for general purpose usage even for up to medium level chemical resistance jobs also. However, please ask your doctor for next level consultation.

What if my hands measure 7 1/2”?

Work glove length is based on middle finger length. A comfortable pair of working gloves should fit snug but not constricting.

We consider your hand to be a small size (7.5" in size), 
1) If your index finger is 1/4" to 5/16" shorter than your middle finger, we recommend using a small size stretchy and flexible work glove (size 7) such as GLL coated work gloves.
2) Otherwise, medium size work gloves are suggested.
