Good for shams
I bought these to fill the king shams that came with my new quilt. They're perfect for that. I don't recommend them for sleeping on, though. They compress to almost nothing when you actually use them.

This is probably the BEST pillow I've ever slept on. It is totally comfortable, it is soft, and it allows your head to rest softly and nicely. I've used flat pillows, I've used various different pillows. This one is the BEST. I highly recommend it. A GREAT PILLOW.
