Useless and terrible quality, threads totally destroyed!
Huge waste of an afternoon! Purchased in the hope that it would be a worthwhile upgrade from the shoddy allen headed OEM drain plug on my 2015 Mazda 3. Threads gave out before reaching torque specified in the service manual (made absolutely sure it was not cross threaded on the way in). Fortunately, the aluminum being so terribly weak and inadequate meant that it seemingly did no damage to the oil pan threads upon removal.Threads on the plug were completely demolished on the way out; despite my best cleaning efforts there's likely still tiny scraps of aluminum now floating in my oil pan - awesome. Stuck with the OEM plug till the next oil change - can't drive to the auto parts store for a replacement without a drain plug - and get to crawl under the car again soon, to verify the oil pan wasn't damaged and isn't leaking. Would not recommend
Installed on my 2019 Kia Sorento but it started leaking oil from the drain plug. Overtightening the plug did not stop the leak. Maybe the copper washer that is part of the kit is the one to blame. I ended up performing a second oil change 3 days later, installed OEM plug with OEM gasket and no more leaks. On the positive side, it has a strong magnet.

Fit 2014 Chrysler Town & Country
My drain plug was beginning to strip after 8 years of oil changes. I bought this to replace it and it fits perfectly. It also brought me up to 17mm rather than 14mm, so I’m inclined to think it’ll be less likely to strip moving forward.

would not fit
checked my application out before order....listed as m14 x 1.5Not the same as my plug in the pan. either they shipped wrong plug or the 3 different sources listed wrong plug. Either way it would not fit so but old one back in.Very disappointed.
