Works for me.. No gas..Bloating when I take these. I take 1 cap before a meal.. They are not large.. Easy to swallow. Helps with SIBO

Have Better Digestive Health
I received my GUT GOLD last Sunday! Who knew that the Post Office made Amazon deliveries on Sunday? I was surely surprised! The Gut Gold is just what I needed. I am a 59 year old woman with Stage 4 Carcinoid Cancer. The main tumor is located in my gut wrapped around the mesentery root which has very important blood vessels going through it. Gut Gold is for total digestive support and that is exactly what I need. It is choc full of enzymes to help break down the food we eat, such as meat, it breaks down the bonds into smaller pieces and they in turn break down again into amino acids as the digestion process continues. All the enzymes in Gold Gut are working to help to digest our food better. I really like that this supplement is totally for the health of my gut. I am only taking one a day at the beginning of a meal. I want to talk to my doctor again before I increase it to 2 veggie caps.
