Does what it is meant to do. A little goes a long way and not too greasy either.

This cream was recommended to me by a family member as a ‘cure’ for rubbed & blistered heels (due to shoes and sandals that rub) when wearing shoes/sandals without socks in the warmer months.This cream is like a miracle … it feels so silky soft when you rub it on and then shoes just don’t cause any rubbing or pain because the back of the shoe just slides up and down without causing any trauma at all to my skin. I thought I was going to have to throw a couple of expensive pairs of shoes out but now I’m using the cream in my heels there’s no pain or rubbing. It honestly is amazing!

Being new to road bikes - previous was a hybrid - I didn't believe the "must go commando" mantraFirst experience changed all that and I needed a suitable cream - and quick!Despite the apparent choice made in haste, I chose wellThe inclusion of menthol really does have a cooling effect so now it's back to lungs giving out first!!

For the price (this was the cheapest for me) you can't go wrong.I only gave 4 stars as I have had better chamois cream, but it did cost 3-4 times the price.

Have used this before and it works really well (used for cycling to prevent chafing), lasts a long time, good value for money
