It doesn't charge fast
I left my phone to charge and when I got back my phone had barely charged I’m upset because even though the length was there the power wasn’t and that’s why I bought the charger because I thought it was going to be a fast charger.

Wrong tip-both ends are alike
I bought these cell ph chargers for my iphone 13. They were the perfect length. I was disappointed though, because one had the same head on each end, So it did not fit into the phone.I did not realize the problem until the other one got damaged and I could no longer use it. Now I'm wondering whether I should order from the company again. :(
