Works!
I have better seals with these than with Ball lids.

Pretty good canning lids- 11/12 sealed correctly
I got these canning lids because there has been a shortage of lids and they seemed to be made by the same people who made Ball and Kerr lids. I could tell the craftsmanship wasn't quite as good as the name brands, but I've used one box of them and 11/12 have sealed correctly and seem to be in good condition. 1 of the lids bent outward at a weird angle during the water bath and I didn't feel like it was shelf-safe, so I just put it in the fridge instead. If you don't want to pay outrageous prices for the name brand lids, these should do the job for you until things go back to normal!

Too expensive
I have used Golden Harvest for several years and have never had any problems. They seal perfectly when used according to product instructions. They are leak proof and easy to use.My complaint is with the price. Pre-pandemic I was able to purchase the identical 12 pack of lids for $1.00 at the Dollar General Store. They didn’t have any this year, so I went online to purchase them. I had to pay around $13.00 for three 12 packs of lids. Normally, it would have cost me $3.00 at the Dollar General had they not been sold out.I paid the higher price because I had no choice. I had bushels of fresh tomatoes that had to be canned or they would have quickly gone to waste.I just feel like I was taken advantage of because of the pandemic causing shortages of various products. This being one of them.

Better than Ball lids
I ordered these regular lids and wide lids with the brand name of Ball. There is an issue with the Ball lids. I have noticed this on the last 2 orders I placed for them. They are thin (unlike the old Ball) and dent after they are canned. This year I had beets that did not seal with the Ball lid. This has never happened before, and I have been canning garden foods for many years. The Golden Harvest regular lids is what I will use from now on--no issue there--quite pleased!

Good product!
The media could not be loaded. This product has worked great for me in the past. Pay attention to the best by date. I never noticed this before on Golden Harvest lids. I came across a few with a line of metal showing through on the bottom of the lid. I normally toss lids like this. Will they cause problems if used?

Works as expected
A less expensive option than brand name. They are thicker than most generic inexpensive Chinese-made lids. Water bath a dozen jars and they sealed just fine. It is a perfect option for someone like me who wants to save a few bucks while having more assurance than using unbranded generic lids.

They all seal
Great quality canning lids. I've been canning for more than 60 years and these work as well as any. My problem with canning lids in general these days is the obscene price and lack of availability. When you consider the lid cost and the time and labor to grow, harvest and can the harvest it's really hard to justify considering you can often buy a can of tomatoes from the store for something like $.59 in season. I've seen lids cost more than that.

Made in USA!
Even though these cost a bit more than others on Amazon, I bought them because they were the only ones I could find that were made in the US and not some foreign country. I have had no problems with them and will buy them again.
