Not impressed thus far..
First one died after a week... Started out- coming on about 20 minutes after starting truck.. Then wouldn't power at all. Seller was great, they have me a new one on the way. We shall see how this one works out. So far I am not impressed.

Really happy so far
The factory Bose radio in my 2004 Nissan Armada left a lot to be desired even when I bought it 10 years ago. I have been wanting to upgrade it for a long time. My family and I take a lot of long road trips. This was a really nice upgrade to our SUV. Kids love it. My daughter got music streaming via blu-tooth from her iPhone to the Kenwood within 30 minutes after I installed it. Our old portable Garmin which we bought shortly after buying the vehicle 10 years ago was out of date so rather than buying a new one or paying to update it I took some of that money a put it towards this bad boy. So many features. I added the XMSirus tuner and Axxess steering wheel control. The install went very well which I did myself. Note this is BBQ #10 for me so I have some experience over the past 25 years installing car stereos for myself and friends but this was one was a little more complex although not so bad. I ordered the install kits from Crutchfield which made the install much easer.5/6/2014Update,So far so good. Had and issue in trying to get an older ipod nano connected via USB to play sound and trying to figure out the route finder login method. I called Kenwwod and they fixed me up in about 5 minuites. Good tecsupport for sure! I'm not one to call for support but they are very helpful so if you have questions don't hesitate to call them.

Five Stars
Kenwood used to be the best brand ever for car stereo's but I guess that is no longer the case. This was a nice unit, but I think they made it way more complicated than necessary. Why does a radio need to login before tuning in. But the biggest disappointment is that after less then a year of use, the navigation stopped working. Since I let it site for about 3 months before installing, kenwood repairs says its out of warrantee and wants to charge me 350 bucks to fix. Really? seems someone would say hey this thing should not have stoped working after about 14 months. And what's makes this even more frustrating for me is that its was in a car I only drive once or twice a week. I am done with Kenwood.

Garbage Nav System
This Navigation is garbage given the price. I've seen superior Navs 3 years older. The load time is slow, the menu, and over all display is unattractive. GPS display no better than a cheap plug in unit. Due to inferior programming the unit doesn't connect to the steering wheel controls on my Honda, rendering blue tooth worthless. Kenwood mine as well have included the SiriusXM reciever, but doesn't. Thats an additional $75 dollars. Just had the unit installed today, and have to take it back into the shop, because it indicates parking is off, disabling dvd playback, and wifi usage. Point blank this unit is junk. Do yourself a favor, and get something so much better.

As advertised. This thing is great and has a ton of features.
As advertised. This thing is great and has a ton of features. I bought this to replace the factory stereo in a Saturn Sky so I could add weather, nav, and Sirius XM. The only issue I had was trying to get the right harness to wire it up. Best Buy was the only place I could find it and it cost me another 150.00

Not worth the price
Purchased less than a year ago. Unit has crashed, will not reset. Called Kenwood customer service, explained the problem; rep asked if it was a desk top or a lap top. When I said it was a car navigation system/radio he said he would call back, hung up and nothing since. Suggest buying a different product from a different manufacturer.
