Had issues with the pool cue my son had for Christmas messages they and even though it was out of the returns windows they are refunding me.

Don’t buy this
I reserved my Que after the 2nd attempted of buyin it I’m still waiting for my refund from the first 1. It makes a strange noise when you hit a ball like somthin is loose after checking everything was screwd on tightly there’s lots ove move ment on the Que end not good at all

Great Cue but Arrived Damaged
The cue is lovely and I can see im going to enjoy using it, but the end of the cue where the rubber is is greyed up and scratched, the rubber is damaged with a huge line through it like it has been cut and there is bubbling in the white part of the cue. I'm not returning as I hope it should effect play and it wasnt very expensive, but disappointing for a "brand new" item.

I have enjoyed playing with this. It was especially cool when I turned up and the guy behind the bar was confused why it was white and didn't look wooden
