For Lexus RX 16-22

My boyfriend and I live in a fairly busy area with drivers from all over the place crossing through and have had a few close calls with drivers ranging from the ones who are clueless on the road to road-ragers. We finally decided to get a dash cam since we’ve been hearing a lot of stories from our friends and acquaintances who recently got into accidents, and it’s definitely made driving on the road less nerve wracking. The installation was easy since they provide a thorough guide. The dash cam seems of high quality and fits seamlessly, it appears exactly like it came factory. And I’ve never had any issues with connecting it to my phone since it automatically connects each time I turn the car on.

Camera is a little tight to fit but you have to force the rear clip to the piece that attaches to the windshield. I purchased the 4k but mine also has the option for the lower quality and its just as great. Seller sent me the wrong memory card but made up for it and got me the correct one. The app is good to although a bit tricky since your phone has to connect to it while the cars accessory is on or the car needs to be on. If you changed the wifi password in the app you need to forget the device in your phones wifi and reconnect and plug in the new password for it to work(lots of people think they cant change the password but you can). If you want to clear all settings hold the camera button for 20 seconds. Overall an excellent buy and the piece that replaces the factory piece looks OEM.

Always disconnected. when you want to see it on smart phone, it required wifi connection. waiting and waiting, try many way to connect, it's back to setting up section. Very Very Poor, Not a Reliable Product!

So far so good. Just had it a few days. Item delivered as descibed. Installation of the new housing was a bit challenging. and the wifi connection is not very stable, not sure why. My care doesn't have Apple car play that can interfere.Time will tell if this was a good investment or not.

Didn’t expect much given that other dash cams I used previously with similar features were far more expensive and the spelling in the listing description just gave odd vibes. However it only took a few minutes to install once I got the trim pried open. The footage quality is great, the app is simple to use and most importantly it looks OEM and super discreet. No wires, no mess. If this holds up without issues then it is a perfect solution.

Worked great. Easy to install. Just drive and it automatically turns on. Only down side…. I ended up trading in my car for a new one, but will purchase another dash cam soon.

I could not find any contact information for the company. I wanted to discuss the issue I have where the replacement housing tabs were too short to allow the housing to be installed. I would have loved to have been able to use this camera but it was impossible to install due to the short tabs. Please see the photo. The original housing is on the left. Please compare the tabs and you'll understand what the issue is.

Excellent appareil photo, très facile à installer. Il fonctionne parfaitement, on ne peut pas demander mieux. Cependant, l'application utilisée pour se connecter à l'appareil photo est peut-être un peu défectueuse : j'ai dû redémarrer mon téléphone un jour et changer la carte mémoire de l'appareil photo séparément. J'ai ensuite dû rétablir complètement la connexion à l'appareil photo. Sinon, c'est parfait.
