Used hot or cold these pads are great.
I keep one in the freezer and one with the microwave. It is great to have a heat pad that takes only one minute in the microwave. Flexible and easy to place.

Extra Large Ice Pack for Injuries is Great if you need to ice your entire back and it Stays Cold.
Extra Large Ice Pack for Injuries is fantastic. I have injuries and pain throughout my entire back, and instead of having to use multiple ice packs, I just use this one and it covers my entire back from the top of my shoulders down to my tailbone. It also stays cold much longer than any other gel ice pack / gel pack I have ever used. It's good quality, comfortable, and a Great Value for the money.

Bait and switch
I ordered one of these and had been using it for a month. It was effective and I wanted a second for my partner. However, when the second arrived and it was a different brand, much cheaper in material, and 1/3 of the gel inside to keep it cold. I wouldn't pay $10 for this one.

Stays icy cold for over 30 minutes
Love these ice packs. They are large enough to wrap around one hip or cover my entire lower back. The pack also can wrap over the front and back of a shoulder while covering neck muscles on the same side of the body.After freezing overnight the pack stays icy cold for over 30 minutes. The flexibility allows you to wrap the pack around any body part. Easy to wipe the pack clean if any dirt gets onto the pack.
