How do I program to android box A95X?

I did not have to program it to my box. i just pointed the remote at my box and it sync’d automatically

I am looking for a replacement remote that works with model a5x pro. does this work?

My box was the 4x pro and the only function that worked was the volume. Was totally disappointed.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I was a bit skeptical because the remote says 'MXQ PRO' on the bottom, but I can confirm it is 100% compatible with my X96Q Pro box.
