Exactly as presented on Amazon - Great design and manufacturing - I used 2 of them to stabilize a sliding keyboard support that contains an extra-large keyboard/mouse pad, a full-size keyboard and plenty of room for a mouse. I really like the quality and functionality of this clamp.
