Beautiful and great

For others like me with metal allergies e.g., nickel, gold this is pretty much the only brand offering quality metal-free or mostly covered options. I have the Camila metal free barrettes but I really missed using claw clips ever since I suddently became quite allergic one day. Claw clips are simply the strongest and most versatile but I feel leery about any exposed nickel plated metals especially on my head and near my face. Finding this claw with the spring mostly covered and ends imbedded is the first time I feel like I may be able to use a claw clip again without much worry. I prefer smaller claws because using two or four are lighter than a giant, heavy claw that will give me a headache. Just wish they would also make this claw in the mini half inch size to use to clip back the hair on the sides of the head or bangs.

Great for thin hair

This is the worst hair clip I have ever purchased. The plastic has sharp edges and hurts my scalp when I wear it.

For the price I could have saved money and bought a very similar item from the Dollar Tree.
