Foldable Golf Divot Repair Tool and Golf Ball Markers Set

I give this divot tools high marks. It was not clear to me in the description whether standard metal ball markers that you might purchase at a pro shop could be used with this tool. I received the tool and that was the first thing I checked. The divot tool accepts standard metal ball markers and they are snugly held in place with a magnet. It is also worth noting that unlike most divot tools, this one will not create a hole in your pocket (the prongs are obviously recessed in the tool and only released when the button is pressed)! One more consideration: I often wear a hat with a magnet on the bill of my cap to hold the marker. That works fine unless you wear a stocking cap or some soft bill caps. Finally, the divot tool is sturdy and makes it easy to attack any size divot--easier that the one prong plastic tools that I have been using and easier than most two prong!

Solid construction and works great! Even looks good. Overall, I am impressed with the build quality and functionality. I'm a happy camper!The unit comes with two ball markers. One is the custom one you see in the ad. The other is a blank. However, since I already had a ball marker, I am now using that one on this tool. The user is not limited to what is included, as It can be used with any 1" (25mm) diameter metal ball marker that the magnet can retain.The repair tool is spring-loaded and is actuated by a button on the handle. This works really well and the tool swings out rapidly and locks into place. Once opened, it can be used to prop-up a club in order to keep the grip dry while putting or chipping.The ball marker slides out of the pocket easily, yet is retained solidly in its pocket when not in use.

This repair tool has a very strong spring and pops out quickly when the button is pushed. I have purchased several repair tools that rust or get stuck because the spring is not strong enough. The divot prongs are sharp and thin and don’t leave noticeable holes when I use it to hold the handle of a wedge that I’m not using while putting on the green. The ball marker is attached with a very strong magnet. I am very impressed with this repair tool.

I don’t know anything about golf but got this for my mom as as gift. She loved it! Nice that it comes with ball markers as well.

Works very well for. The wife bought this and is extremely happy with it. I'm going to have to get one for myself now.
