That has the rubber seal you are asking about. I had to buy it because mine was missing as well. I assume yours is gone too? Anyway I think it was about $10 for a new plug end. I highly recommend soldering it in and using shrink wrap over the solder points. Otherwise you can go to the salvage yard and find one. There are many models that use this sensor. My fit was a '93 Cherokee. Must be a million of them around...
