I bought this thing as a replacement for a heavy duty dehumidifier what was over powered for the space I had it in...my basement bathroom and sometimes my basement living room area. That thing could pull an insane amount of moisture out of the air and I was often dumping its bucket twice a day.THIS thing is half the size, claims to do half the space and was 2/3 the price. I have had it running in my bathroom for over a week now and it CANNOT bring the humidity down in that tiny room passed 40%, even with the door closed to the hallway over night. It periodically cuts out for 10-15 minutes at a time (not the fan, but the compressor) and hasn't even filled it's bucket halfway... I am debating returning it. The only upside is how quiet it is.

Pretty strong dehumidifier for its size. Fills internal bucket very fast overnight. Compact. Non-disruptive noise, fairly quite, sounds like a small AC. Uncertain if temperature control works because it stays on even after target temperature is reached, but one can set the fan to low. Strong value as a dehumidifier, somewhat larger than the cheaper room-sized dehumidifiers but much more powerful, and more compact and quieter than the larger units.

Aside from the annoying vibration, this unit works very well. The humidity in our travel trailer is normally around 80, so we set this unit to keep the humidity around 50. The unit cycles on every few minutes, and we dump the water once a day. There is very little heat output, which is a bonus in the hotter months. We tried several units before this one. Satisfied with the purchase.

It’s great works well but u have stick the hose right inside that drain hole when the bucket is closed it will work actually pretty well after I did that if not it jus fills up with water every 8 hours then shuts off

Used in my RV does a great job. Very quiet.
