This Powerball is fantastic! I am a pole dancer, fencer, performance combatant, and I am also a sports & remedial massage therapist. I find this easy to use, quite addictive, and I have noticed the difference using this has made to grip strength and strength in my shoulders, forearms, and hands. It does take a bit of getting used to - particularly in your non-dominant hand, but there are videos available on the internet to help you learn to use it and recommendations for exercises to do with the Powerball (the mini-disk is useless as I have nothing to play it on). Overall, a nice piece of kit.

Nice looking product but cord too short to enable any real purchase. Watched all the videos but could not get the product to function properly(after MANY attempts) I have been an exercise physiologist/sports scientist for over 20 years and this is the first time I have failed in getting equipment to function properly. Disappointed.

I've held back on reviewing this as I was just gonna give it 1 star for just not working...but I persevered and one day I "got it"! You really do get an epiphany and then all is good.Now I can spin it all day and it really does help and is oh so satisfying.

great fun, tho I bought it on the recommendation of the physio. Really built my wrist muscles up quickly. I'm not sure you'd want to use it right after a fracture has mended but for me it was after 12 months of physio so I was ready to step it up a gear. Disappointing that, for the price it didn't have a counter but it's still great fun and incredibly addictive!! It's easy to over-do it! It doesn't take long to get the hang of it at all.

This did help my tennis elbow. However, the pull-cord mechanism is very fiddley and takes some getting used to, and would be no good for anyone with fine-motor issues.
