I bought these on a whim while searching and found them to be nicely priced, and appeared comfortable and convenient.I was pleasantly surprised with my decision. They arrived fully charged, which allowed me to quickly set them up and begin use.It quickly connected, without any issues, and i could immediately begin playing my music. Volume control is on the microphone boom, easy to get to and identify where you are pressing. No oops "thats down i wanted up"...They are nice and light, and a relief from wearing my bulky plantronics headset. I had to get used to the fact that i had them on as I wouldn't realize they were on until i reached for them.The one curve that took time to get used to, but was easy to adapt to was the 'multi-function' button. One button to do song skip, connect, answer phone, mute phone, etc. Read the instruction! Once you use it for a little while and play some with the buttons, you quickly adapt and is another nice touch to not have to hunt for the right button.Overall, i love the how light they are, the nice and compact charging case and the sound quality.

Very poor product.1: Fits way too loose and does not stay in your ear correctly.2: On/Off button does not operate correctly all the time. Very difficult to use.3: Volume button didn't work at all, would only lower the volume no matter which was you pushed it. Could not raise the volume.All in all a very poor product. I returned and bought something else.This was a waste of money and time

This headset works great! I got it to pair with my work phone system. My ears are a little sore after all day wear, but other than that it works really well! Phone calls are clear on both ends.

This earpiece has features and a charging case that would come with other earpieces selling for 3 or 4 times as much. It paired easily. The sound quality was great on both ends. The battery life was good. But I don't love it because I wear glasses when I am on the job out in the field at the same time I need to wear this earpiece. The hook on this earpiece is too thick to comfortably rest on my ear while I have my glasses on. With my glasses on, I kept having to readjust the glasses or the earpiece so that the bluetooth wouldn't fall off.

Was looking for a monaural bluetooth headset, and decided to give this headset a try since it has a nice slim design case, I am really impressed with the sound quality during calls and at times also listening to music. Once paired to the device it simple connects to the device automatically every time, able to connect to my work computer and mobile device as well for personal calls.This has been my go to headset now for work and personal use, also the battery life is excellent on this device, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a monaural bluetooth headset.

Nice cosmetic package but sound volume poor even at full gain, and the MFB does not work well at all. Would not turn on without putting the headset back in the charging box. Reality was woefully short of the expectations and I have used multiple bluetooth headsets in the past.

I needed a bluetooth headset to take some work calls at home, this was a great fit. Reasonable price, I liked they worked right out of the box. You don’t have to wait hours for them to charge up. The pairing set up was super super easy. They work well on calls - I can hear clearly and everyone can hear me. These were perfect to get the job done. I also liked that they included several earpiece covers in different sizes so I could find the one that was most comfortable for me. No complaints.

The sound quality of this device is good, but the capacitive button for power on/off, answer, end-call etc. works very poorly. It takes many attempts before the device responds.
