How does one open the discontinued white cap on Lysol that Amazon insists on sending me, that the Lysol customer service rep didn't know?

Lysol offers the disinfectant spray with two cap designs. One is a cap that requires removing it prior to usage (white cap). This cap pops right off, and then you can spray. The other design bottle does not contain a cap to be removed, as shown in the picture.
