I purchased these to make my work shoes more comfortable. These are great! They stick well, even after repositioning them a couple of times.

Worked great for my dressy sandals. I had a wedding to attend and sandals always kill my feet. These helped tremendously with arch support! Very simple to use!

I’ve been using these inserts for years now. I cannot say enough about their perfect size (for me) and durability. I have moved the gummy ones into four different pairs of tennis shoes. The stickiness may have worn off, but they still stay in place under the insole. I appreciate that I can position them in the shoe where I need them. They offer the right amount of arch support for my women’s size 9 wide foot. My only request is that they could be purchased separately. I only need an arch support for my left foot. I don’t know what to do with all of these right foot supports.

I've started getting a bunion and was told that arch support shoes can help with that. Unfortunately the arch is too thick on these and hurt my feet even more. For someone with higher arches they'd probably be great. They stick well to shoes and clean easily.

I bout these to support my arches. I swear I was walking on pillos all day where my arches are concerned. I will buy more for all my shoes. They don't move at all walked around for about 12 hours and they did not move at all. Pain in my arch were very minimal.

These are nice little arches. I have flat feet, so I'm getting use to wearing these. I used a little alcohol to clean the area where I wanted to place these. They really have some strong grip adhesive. I've also pulled them off to reposition and they have stayed in place. I will purchase more and they're worth the money. I chose these over the full or half arch supports because I didn't care for the extra layer in my shoes.

Love the cork! These are great inserts especially the cork. My issue is that they are a bit too wide, so I have to cut off part of the inner arch to fit correctly in the shoe. The second is that the stickiness doesn’t stick. After you have stuck and restuck for placement, then the stickiness is gone.Plan on wasting one pair to get placement right then trace positioning with a pencil, grab a new pair and stick that in. Otherwise you’ll find the arch support sliding and unsticking everywhere.Overall would I buy again- absolutely! They made my ballet flats and mules super comfortable. I’m hooked!

They feel squishy in the hands, but they feel very hard in shoes. I’m sure it’s excellent arch support, but not super comfortable at first. My feet get used to them by the end of the day. They stick really well, even after adjusting. I will continue to use them, but probably wouldn’t purchase them again.
