Ok first time reading anything from this amazing author and her incredible writingThis book is so strong with triggersStory is based on a character Alayna who has spent most of her life in a abusive foster care, either families not giving a care in the world for their foster children and just want the money, abusive verbally and making the children feel worthless, blamed for him living etc or the families that sexual abuse the childrenWell the last family our female character has with her best friend Declan is a couple who are all three of the sick traumatic.She’s been abused in so many ways and flash back 10 years ago gives us the insight of how bad it was for them10 years on she’s on a mission to get her life back and find her best friend DeclanWithout ruining it for anybody who hasn’t read the book, it’s a rollercoaster of all kinds of emotionsThis book is not for the faint hearted and is trigger sensitiveIt’s full of triggers from chapter oneIt’s deep, cruel and darkAlayna finds some kind of comfort and trust with three men Rhys, Rigg and AdamThere’s a Evil stalker who goes by the name JThere is few suspects with having initials with J so it’s like a guessing gameIt’s somebody who knew Alayna from when she was in the foster system and he wants her and I wanna know who it is just like Alayna and the three guysBe warned it really is a emotional and traumatic bookIt’s hard for anybody to find a happy ending with triggers and a traumatic pastTo take each day as they come is so hard for a lot of people and just living that one day is a huge achievement for someI feel like this book relates in a lot of ways with mental healthIt’s a eye opener and I think you can learn a lot from this aloneIt’s a huge must read from me ☺️

No spoilers.Before I talk about the plot I first need to rave about these characters.The fact that the author didn’t just give the FMC a huge trauma to overcome, but she gave all 3 of the guys trauma’s as well - because yes the FMC will need her guys’ help, especially with her mental health, but they all need her to help with theirs just as much.I will say that I cried at one particular scene which I will share since it’s got the TW for suicide and attempted suicide (other TW’s include childhood abuse and rape)I cried my heart out during the attempted suicide scene, I could FEEL the emotions of all the main characters and each one was just heartbreaking.Okay, onto other stuff before I start crying again. The plot, oh the plot. It was good. It was really freaking good, if not a tad predictable.But damn the book was that good I don’t care how predictable certain bits where, I still cannot wait for book 2!

It's not often a book brings me to tears, but this one hits you in the feels. Make sure you have a box of tissues with you and enjoy. I'm off to read the next book 🙂

This book was recommended via a Facebook Post an I was looking for something to read . Got to be said glad I looked it up to read it I havent been able to put it down very well written.Quite a few triggers past abuse but it is very much needed with the story very strong characters and would recommend reading it .

This book is mysterious, emotional, intense and interesting! I feel my emotions have been all over the place reading this book and I need to know what’s going to happen next!The characters all have jagged edges and pasta they would like to forget but together you can see them melding and helping one another.Looking forward to the next!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book was unbelievably brilliant, if I could give it more stars I would! It had me sobbing from the beginning. Twists and turns all through the book, the story grips you right from the start, I honestly couldn't put it down. This has been one of the best books I've read so far this year and I read alot! I hope the next book is released soon ❤

I didn’t get past 25% of this book which is not like me because I like to give all books a good chance but I just couldn’t go on with this.I really disliked the main character. She was confusing and way over the top foul mouthed. It took away from the plot. And then the guys were introduced and they were just so stereotypical and one dimensional.I think it could be good if the writing style was improved and the fmc was toned down.

An emotionally charged story that I can’t wait for the continuation of. Alayna’s life has been full of trauma and heartbreak, will she finally be able to defeat her demons and her past or will they win in the end? Highly recommend but be sure to read the trigger warning.

Save me is a 10 star book! 5 stars are simply not enough for this fantastic roller coaster. From the very first sentences it sucks you right in. It holds you like a prisoner until you just... break. I cried for a good 50% of this masterpiece. I don’t mean small tears slipping, I mean full blown sobs! Today was a very tough day mentally and it was so worth it. Alayna is such a strong character you can’t help but absolutely love her. Yes of course there are the men in her life but she took that spot light like she owned the world. Now, Dec is a gift. To be able to be strong enough to want to protect someone even when you life is just as messed up is a gift! He made sure to give her whatever strength he had left and ultimately I think that’s what saved Lay. Her new guys are just as fantastic. No one’s perfect, everyone has their demons... please be kind to people. You never know what someone’s been through. This story makes you open your eyes. It’s not all just misery though. There’s danger and death, threats and some very sexy chemistry... drama and suspense. Over a fantastic book, I can’t wait for more.

This book has me from the very start. I don’t think I’ve ever loved, hoped, cried or been excited by a storyline like this before. So many emotions, so well written that I felt it all.I won’t say to much but it does contain many triggers so be prepared but if you can deal through or have no problems with that buy this book and strap in for an emotional journey.

Excellent Read. It was very well written and the emotions of the characters were very well captured. The jumps in time were a but confusing at times, but still a very enjoyable read. Looking forward to the next one.

Words are not enough to describe this piece of work. Even if you never cry when reading a book, you will cry over a dozen times just in the first 3 chapters alone. The tears are a cleansing of the soul while you read Alayna's heartbreak. A good cry that you feel her devastation, but you will be there every step of the way to power through with strength right along with her. The men of this book are a completely different type of creature than what you might be used to. Yes, you will get the typical men's attitudes and behaviors at the beginning. BUT... you will see a side that I personally never seen a male character in any RH novels. I laughed, cried, cried some more, fell in love with each character, ugly cried, and felt a movement of my soul to the tragedies these characters have gone through in the past and present. I beg anyone to read this book. Even if you don't care for deep, emotional books, please give this a chance. I don't normally read these types of books, but this is one of my new top reads.
