Great product for a good cleanse
My 11 year old son uses this product, our dentist recommended he try a mouth wash with these type of ingredients to kill bad bacteria, but to preserve good bacteria. Too many other commercial mouthwashes are too drying and kill good bacteria. He has no problem holding and swishing for 5 minutes and I have used it also. It is not overpowering. Great product!!

THE Best Product!!!!
OMG! It works. I used this product this afternoon, "oil pulling". You should have seen all the stains that started coming off already. EXTRA Tip: Brush after with a different toothbrush. I am in love now with this wonderful product. My teeth felt so clean too!

I have no idea whether or not the oils make a difference, but the act of swishing this each morning has definitely improved my gum health. And so, I keep at it! :)
