This is an amazing sleep mask! The weight helps my eyes to settle and makes falling and staying asleep much easier. Can’t live without it!!

I was sent to 3rd shift, and I apparently have to sleep when the sun is out. I hate dark rooms, and I refuse to put blackout curtains on everything, however it's so hard to sleep when the sun keeps blasting you. This weighted sleep mask, is doubled sided. One side is a cooling silky smooth side, this is my favorite, and what I sleep with. The other is a microfiber oven! It feels great, but alas, when it's 80, the sun is shining, and the middle of summer... I don't think I can really rate that side... other than... Warming... very... warming!I've found myself sleeping much more consistently, as the... day... goes by. And for whatever reason, the weighted aspect, knocks me out. I just can't stay awake with it on.

Very comfortable and helps me sleep better

Even tho this eye pillow is soft and weighted well, it rubs the bridge of my nose so much, the redness is still there in the afternoon. They do keep any light out and keep my eyelids down during sleep. I have dry eye and have to wear this. I put it in the microwave to warm it for my eye compresses and there is a problem with that as the strap adjuster is metal. Not good. Overall it's adequate but I am looking for one that doesn't rub my nose so badly.

My husband uses this every night. The only complaint he has is it is a bit heavier then he expected.

I bought this because it was advertised as "Cooling Heat Therapy Compression Pain Relief" but the only thing it provides is the compression part. I was unable to get this mask to stay cold/cool long enough for any relief and i tried putting it in the fridge & the freezer. It just doesn't work for me. I did not try the "heat" part.If i can't return it, i'll probably give it to my 10yo granddaughter who will love it because its soft & furry

I sleep with the windows open and there is a street light pole right in front of my widow. I got this to block the light and was surprised how comfortable it felt. I was able to get a good night sleep!

Use these to travel. Total darkness when I put them on and I like the weight to them, provides comfort
