I have just received my Hootie Alarm. It is attached to my purse handle and ready to use when needed. Fortunately, I have not had to use it yet, but it is with me whenever I leave my house.

No issues with the product. It works but the outside box as well as the alarm box were soaked with some kind of oil/grease.
