He’s done the best without extra paying and also the mattress is absolutely firm in great feeling on laying down. Really comfortable and very affordable.

We bought this to go ontop of our fold out chair that is in our little girls room.The chair was very thin and it was impossible to get any sleep on it when in bed mode.We bought a "camping" mattress but that was a waste of money and effort, it was too thin and you could still feel every lump and bump.Then we bought this Futon Mattress, this made a big difference, I can now sleep on the bed for a few hours without waking up with aches and pains all over.I would have personally liked it to be a little firmer but I suspect that would allow it to fold too well.The price is reasonable, but I could have bought a single matress for about the same price.All in all it does the required job for us so I would buy it again..

We used this as a temporary mattress on top of an air bed and it was really comfortable. The double fitted perfectly. My only gripe would be when it comes to folding it away it would be nice to have something to help hold it folded, like a bag or something similar.

Not a bad bed at first but after a while the bed compresses and it is harder to sleep on - becomes very hard as the fibres compress and have no give.

I wasnt expecting much in the way of quality because of the price but I was wrong, good firm mattress which folds easily. I live on a narrowboat and this is perfect for me.

It was comfortable for the first couple of nights but after that, the filling had broken up, moved around and was no longer soft. In places there was no padding at all and my shoulder was essentially on the hard floor. Returned for a refund, poor quality.

I bought this knowing that it would not be as firm or thick as the original it has replaced, however I also bought a very firm blue foam under mattress to put underneath it, and the combination is perfect. It looks good andhas given my old sofa bed a new lease of life.. re-varnishing the arms as well it looks like new.
