We were impressed by how quiet this generator is. It is a little heavier and larger than expected but we will use it anyway. Great product.

The item arrived in slightly scratched up condition which appeared to have happened inside the intact factory packaging box. I was disappointed since this is a very expensive generator but after informing the seller, they promptly contacted me with an offer of compensation. Good result and happy with the generator. Handles 3000 watts easily but runs a long time at lower loads and QUIETLY!

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Fed ex delivered the first generator and dropped it off at the end of my mile long driveway. It was not there when I went to get it. Jacks immediately refunded my money and I ordered another one. The second one was delivered by freight and it went perfect. Please do not use fed ex to shop anything. Jacks small engine was great!!

I use this for my food trailer. It works really well. Not hard to operate.

The noise was Ok but the motor runs rough, sputters and dies. So if your are needing it to run something like a refer, it is undependable. We used it for camping and ended up having to store our food in a cooler.If I could return it I would, it is basically useless to me for $2,000.

Very Quiet. Sound is low-pitched and relatively muted. More "pleasing" sound than my Yamaha 1000 inverter. Heavy due to sound insulation and large gas tank---but a worthwhile trade-off.

This is a very heavy unit. It needs two people to lift. Probably how the delivery guy dropped and damaged it, too heavy. You need to add wheels for one person to move it, but it would still require two people to lift into the back of a pickup truck. So with it being so heavy, it is not maneuverable hardly at all. It is pretty quite and runs well.
