For endurance runners, its worth the bulk!
I know, I know! They say, "don't try anything new on race day." I'm actually glad I did. Hit the infamous "runners wall" at the Chicago marathon. Throughout training I had ingested enough water, energy drinks, and couldn't bring myself to have another energy bean. Thought it was a little bulky for a long run but I'm glad I packed it in my flip belt. Very easy to open and take in while still moving, great taste, and helped fuel my last few miles. Didn't upset my tummy like most GUs do. Worth a try!
