Both mirrors arrived shattered. So you’re wondering WHY I still have it 5 stars?? Because the mirror is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous even busted up you can tell. Also, the mirror was packed incredibly well. If I had to guess the careless folks stacked something on it in the truck.My suggestion is that they add stickers on both sides that say DO NOT LAY FLAT.I will try to reorder again and pray they make it.

I’m very pleasantly surprised by this mirror! Similar ones are much pricier so I didn’t think this would be as good of quality but it SO is! The metal is great quality, the glass is thick and doesn’t do any weird distorting like some cheaper mirrors. The thing is HEAVY and so expensive looking. It was packaged super well with lots of styrofoam and even a wooden border around the whole box. Thats why I was surprised that the first one that arrived did come completely shattered. BUT the replacement process was so easy which is why I’m not knocking off any stars. They sent a new one as soon as I initiated the return instead of waiting to send a new one until it was picked up which was nice. And UPS came to pick it up first thing the next morning. Overall, this a very beautiful and luxurious looking (and feeling) mirror. The ONLY thing is that the stand that props it up in the back is a bit cheap and doesn’t look the cutest but still performs just as it is supposed to and most people put these in corners or against walls so you can’t see it anyway.Very happy with this purchase and I will be ordering another one for downstairs as well.

Was skeptical at first. But this came in and looks exactly like the picture. Got the 65x24 gold frame. It's heavy and a little tricky to hang but I have a toddler so I secured it with my own screws on the bottom so it won't move. The stand is pretty good as well and it's heavy. Packaging was excellent. Great buy.

We were so happy to receive this mirror 3 days before the real delivery day but so sad when we opened the box and saw a broken mirror! Although the mirror is beautiful and seems very good quality you guys must try to get a better packaging for the mirror, cos I work in UPS and there’s no time at all to handle the packages with much care cos there’s so many boxes, many of them huge and heavy, the supervisors demand they work very fast, so, there’s no time to take care and just drop everything to the ground or launch them from any height. The mirror needs more than foam board, maybe bubbles or something in order to protect much better the items. We really want this mirror but we don’t know if we buy it again and will happen the same!

Great value. Hung it on the wall. Came with hardware, easy install. I would definitely not be comfortable using the provided stand. It’s flimsy. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and heft of materials!
