I liked the 3/4 insole better than the bundled items
Slippers feel like hard plastic soles and don't stay on my feet. I thought maybe break them in but the sole changed my thinking on that. Not my preferred type; I prefer closed heel for more security. Lost one going down the stairs and haven't worn the pair since.Peppermint lotion smells nice but I didn't find it useful for my feet.I like the insoles but there's a small issue I'll describe later. What's to like? Do most foot pain sufferers know what they need? I've had custom insoles myself but do recall the fitting tech complain that my general practitioner didn't prescribe my needs in enough detail. Now with Covid-19, doctors may be less willing to see patients in person. This adjustable insole may be self help or temporary help until a doctor can be consulted. Adjustable support with the user swappable numbered inserts must have taken some research to recommend 3 types and design it for user to customize fit. I tried all 3 as suggested. 1 and 3 levels felt neutral at first. Level 2 felt like the Easy Feet brand I've found and tried on Amazon; uneven arch support, more at one side of arch for my feet. But using pain as indicator, I found I needed support that allowed my feet to be comfortable with shoes on my feet at rest and those first few steps after rest. Even though my feet were slow to respond to pain overall, I felt comfort beginning at rest with level 3 with the shoe on. And standing and walking wasn't so uncomfortable. First 3 days were still painful. But on the third day, my feet felt more at ease when turning in for bed without my feet giving so much feedback all night like the previous nights. I also had a sensation that there were items in my shoes that weren't smooth. Yet, I stuck with it because the pain was lessening. Day 4, the noise started. I've also discovered the blue material is gathering fibers from my black socks; I have to clean the blue often.I think I've identified the noise issue; the blue material passes through the black layer and offers friction to the swappable level inserts. Maybe it's only the number 3 level that tends to do this? Or the way I walk? The moving parts squeak when I walk. I tried applying electrical tape to both the underside of the blue material and the number 3 level swappable insert. This tape doesn't stay adhered well to the blue material; the tape on right insole remained but the left eventually rolled under and moved around within days. I still hear the squeakiness on one foot for a few steps but it goes away sooner than without the tape at all. Cleaning the parts of the insole didn't help. See my picture for more illustrative detail.Despite the noise, I like the insoles for comfort and support. I don't run in them but my doctor recommended low impact exercises. But using the insoles in shoes that lacked support has relieved a lot of pain I felt from a cushioned midsole that offered no structure support where needed. I did manage to limit most of the noise to just the first few steps when putting them on. So I would recommend them for pain relief if willing to try various types of tape to eliminate the squeak if it starts. I'll try some different tape next time; maybe painters tape will stay in place better?I'd give the insoles a 5 for pain relief, 3 stars for needs improvement. The bundle? I'd rate it 3 stars. Buy the insoles without the bundle if having foot pain and not sure what you need to get relief. Maybe the manufacturer can market a finished product with built-in level support for each level to purchase for interested buyers that have already determined the level number needed for pain relief? I'd hope for something as durable that also doesn't remove sock fibers and doesn't tend to squeak. I'd rate such a product as 5 stars if done well.

Interesting Kit
This review represents my opinion, on the date(s) it was written, of a free product from Amazon Vine Program.Designed to gently assist in adjusting foot posture, these shoe inserts come with three plastic "biodynamic" inserts, each with a slightly different thickness along one side. The plastic "biodynamic" inserts are easy to pop out of the shoe inserts. To install another size insert it may be best to follow the instructions which show a numerical sequence for pressing in the insert tabs. It would be nice to see the tabs visually numbered on the plastic inserts to make the "biodynamic" insertion process just that much easier.Although the slippers included in this set are labelled "Spot Clean Only", I put them in the washing machine and dryer on low and they came out fine. The slippers are comfortable, a little large for people on the smaller end of the size range. The slippers are warm and the memory foam is comfy except for the waterproof outsoles that form an odd ridge about the heel area, which may be noticeable while walking around.I did not notice that the peppermint lotion was included in this box. Although the description states that the lotion is cruelty-free, I don't have the ingredients list in front of me and its not shown on the listing. Hopefully another reviewer will post the ingredients so we may see if it's also a vegan-friendly product. For the shoe inserts: it would be nice to see the tabs visually numbered on the "biodynamic" plastic inserts to make the insertion process just that much more intuitive. For the slippers: it would also be nice to have a thicker outsole at the heel area. It may also be nice to test out the slippers in a machine wash/dry situation and adjust the labelling accordingly. For the lotion: it would be nice to see all the ingredients in the listing, and if they are not clearly and honestly vegan-friendly, it may not be necessary to include in this kit.Five stars for the kit idea, with only one star removed for the slipper outsoles design and lotion ingredients information.

Nice slippers & peppermint foot lotion -- not sure on adjustable orthotics
My wife loves the slippers. They are cozy and have a very thick and cushy base that works great for walking on our hard tile kitchen floor. They fit great and stay on the feet. The peppermint lotion has a great smell and my wife informs me that peppermint is known to be beneficial for the feet -- I didn't know that. In any case, it moisturizes well and smells great. The 3/4 length orthotics have some nice elements like a deep heel cup and a soft gel heel cushion. However, I believe that the big selling point on these is probably the adjustability of the pronation angle using the 3 different inserts (level 1, 2, & 3). The directions don't really give good advice on how to make sure you have the proper insert -- and we are a bit nervous about walking around in the wrong one since we don't want to cause issues with our foot/ankle mechanics. I wish they had better guidance beyond "try it and see what works best for you". We just don't trust our own sensitivity. Maybe for someone who understands what they need or has had recommendations from a podiatrist or physical therapist would be more comfortable selecting the right adjustment (although they would probably just buy a set that met their specific needs?). My other issue is that I had a bit of difficulty installing the various inserts -- I finally got it in there but was never super confident it was secure. [Although I suspect that you only have to do this adjustment rarely and once it is in the shoe, it will stay put].Overall, we like the slippers and peppermint lotion. The orthotics are not a good match for our needs, but may work well for someone who needs the level of adjustability that they provide.
