I’ve been using Hydralyte every day for over a year! It’s the best. I especially like that it has elderberry because I believe in its anti-viral properties for boosting my immune system. It’s low in sugar and tastes great! I like the berry blend.

Flavor is #1 thing for me when it comes to hydration supplements. Love the convenience of take along packaging. But to pay this price..flavor needs to be spot on for me. The taste here is overpowered with flavor of salt / electrolytes NO elderberry taste at all.
