Ashwagandha helps me to relax before going to bed, or to focus when doing deep work.I previously bought a different brand, 100ml, this time I opted for this one because of the volume, 250ml. I was a little bit disappointed when I saw that the product is diluted.Apart from that, I'm happy with the purchase, the product achieves its purpose, I just need to take a higher dose.

I love the taste of this tincture it’s got a sweetish taste and pleasant too. I would definitely say that it has helped with a deeper sleep which I really struggle with. It’s an expensive product but may be worth it. The package is great too.

The seal was broken, it looked like it had been used and I tried a little which tasted like watered down something, certainly not Ashwagandha. I'm upset, I wanted this to be legit. Also, they don't specify if they use extracts or not, so, you're better off using Nature's Answer which confirm they do. I have been using Ashwagandha for a while and know the taste. There isn't even a hint of it.

I find Naturalma's products a great natural alternative to supplements in pill form. Since they are indicated as safe for expectant mothers, it gives me assurance that they are safe for everyone, especially those who are sensitive.

Schlafbeere ist die bessere Übersetzung der Wirkung. Wichtig ist die abgestimmte Dosierung für den jeweiligen Konsumenten. Man kann durch die zählbaren Tropfen die Wirkstoffmenge besser anpassen, als mit Tabletten. Verdünnt z.B. in einem Glas Wasser am Abend gut zu trinken, da der Geschmack verdünnt unaufdringlich ist. Ich empfehle immer für kleine/leichte Personen die empfohlene Menge mindestens zu halbieren und sich dann an die gewünschte Wirkung heranzutasten. Bessere Schlafqualität und bessere Fokussierung in stressigen Situationen am Folgetag. Überdosierung unbedingt vermeiden, da schwierig gegen zu steuern!

Ich war noch nie mit einem Ashwaghanda so zufrieden wie mit diesem. Super um die innere Unruhe abzubauen, tolle Einschlafhilfe. Hat zusammen mit Mariendistel meinen viel zu hohen Cortisolspiegel gesenkt. Ich habe mich vor einer schulmdizin. Behandlung dafür endtschieden, es mit diesen beiden NEMs zu senken und es war ein toller Erfolg. Ich benutze es weiterhin, da ich massive Schlaf- und Durchschlafprobleme habe.
