These work really well for me. They help me stay focused at work and improve my overall mood. You get the ginkgo with the ginseng added with it. Two for the price of one. I believe these are a good value and I would recommend them. They are not to hard to swallow and they do not leave a nasty aftertaste. Easy to swallow is a big bonus for me.

This is a really good product. I gave it 3 stars because it altered my sleep schedule for whatever reason. I would take it early in the day, other than that, it's a solid product.

There’s definitely an increase in my focus when using this. Does not have any side effects on me.
