Good produce

I got two for either side of my guest bed. One works great but the other has shorted out and stopped working after 2 months. Again, this is my guest bedroom that is barely used. But, of course it happens right after my return window closes.I had an electrician look at them to ensure I had the non-operational one installed properly and that the issue wasn’t in my wall socket. Nope, just seems this light somehow shorted out or there is some flaw in the production.I love the look with both… but wish they both worked!

I'm used to assembling things, but this one is just not designed well. The nut that is supposed to hold the stem to the base is cheaply made and not threaded well enough to be able to actually keep the stem firmly attached to the base. I tried several different ways with the included locking nut, then removing that and the grounding wire with no success. For safety, there should be 2 wire nuts included to be sure the wires are secured properly but only 1 was in the package.Bottom line: To assemble these lamps properly/safely would've required a trip to the hardware store and ultimately I decided to just return and buy something else of better quality.

Increased stars from 3 to 4 because customer service is great. The wiring instructions seem to include both plug in and hard wired instructions in one instruction with no differentiation between what's hard wire and what's plug in. All I wanted was just plug-in lamps that hang on the wall. The instructions need to be separated between hard wired and plug in construction. If I'd known what a pain they would be to put together, I would have paid more with a different vendor for a fully constructed lamp. Even with the video, the lamps did not snugly fit to my wall. The company has offered a refund. I had posted a picture of the confusing instructions but as that is proprietary information, they asked me to remove the picture. I appreciated their prompt response to my problem.

This is a great wall lamp that I like very much. When I received this wall lamp and assembled them according to the instructions, I still encountered assembly problems in the middle. Therefore, I immediately contacted the customer service, the speed of responsding from customer service shocked me, they quickly helped me to solve the problem, sent me the installation video, and guided me through all the steps. I also saw the comments section discussing about the installation. According to my experience, they are not that difficult. Once assembled you will find it to be a very modern and vintage wall lamp, and it is a high quality product as I expect. I probably will buy this product again in future.Overall, it was a pleasant purchase and crucially, great value for money!!! I was very happy with the customer services, they did everything to solve my problems! An excellent seller. I will recommend this wall lamp to my friends!

This is the wall lamp chosen for my family! The material of the product looks stylish and good quality. I like this wall lamp very much!As for the structure, it is strong and good. There are instructions in the package. You can install them step by step according to the instructions. The instructions explain in detail how to assemble each step, so it is not difficult to assemble, even for non-professionals (now it can be done! 🖐️)The color is well reflected in the photo. The metal is smooth, modern, and perfectly polished, and the entire product is very light (not thin, not cheap, and not susceptible to dents/curves).As mentioned in the description, the up and down angle adjustment is also very effective. This lamp looks beautiful and is already our favorite lamp.By the way, this product requires your own light bulb!

I was excited to get these lights for a small indoor garden, but the installation process nearly brought me to tears. I'm not an engineer so I was hoping these lights would come with clear directions for me to follow so I could put them together myself. Unfortunately, the directions were so slim and confusing that I nearly gave up entirely. Eventually my partner and I were able to get them to work, but I had to watch countless YouTube videos to search for hints on how each piece fit into the puzzle. And of course there were pieces left behind and I still have no idea how it all fits together properly. Save yourself the trouble and get some lights that are easy to install and come with legible instructions.

I had to watch a video on how to install this because the manual that came with it (1 piece of paper) wasn't really clear. It didn't take that long that once it was hanging, it started to curve down. Very flimsy. I gave it 3 star because, esthetically it looks very pretty.

We love these lights, we actually cut the cord so they aren’t hardwired and used little click on puck lights to showcase the art underneath them.HOWEVER… these lights were missing two screws that needed to be a specific size and we had to run our multiple times to purchase them to install. Installation was a nightmare bc of this.The price for both is great and they look amazing they are exactly what we wanted but the installation sucked bc of missing pieces.

Sending this back. I ordered wall sconces and received the parts to build wall sconces. I don't mean minor assembly, I'm talking completely build, strip wires, attach ground wires, everything. I would have tried my best but they didn't even send all the parts. Super bummed because they look nice
