I love this book. I read few text and books on this subject but this is the only one I've come to find that actually has exercises.

This book is one of the best I've read on the subject on self transformation and visualisation. It contains in depth metaphysical studies, practical exercises, principles and Rosicrucian teachings. The only issue I have with this text is that there are a few spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Apart from that, no qualms.

Don't be put off by scary associations you may have with the Illuminati or Perfectabilism. This is clearly of that school and does much to redeem them in my mind.Iv found in these pages a wonderful collection of moral mindfulness techniques and affirmations to encourage the reader to attempt to live a better, fuller life. Moreover there is a sound moral basis to much of the teachings herein and real focus upon servicing something other than oneself.

This is great reading book to relax. It also has exercises in practicing relaxation techniques.

amazing book, change the way you think and change your life. This book will help enlighten your path and help you find the wisdom that has been hidden from so many.

I did every exercise, meditation, made myself every question suggested here and my life now is better, brilliant, lighter, powerful, harmonious, stronger, etc. Very much wisdom in these pages.

One of the best books I’ve read

There are many misspelled words in this text & it appears to be more or less a rough draft but do not let this keep you from buying it. There are many useful gems in this little book. As anything worthwhile, it will take you some time to go through & practice everything here.
