While I initially left a positive review, I’m editing it only a week and a half later. The knife has already started to rust. I do not have a dishwasher, and only hand wash it, yet with great care it’s already starting to rust. Amazon customer service has refused to refund me since I don’t have the packaging to return it. Extremely unhappy. Do not waste your money.

Rusted after one wash. Product arrived with protective cover off and upon opening the package sliced my thumb open.

Nice fit. Weighted well. Very sharp when received. There is no blade cover which was a bit disappointing (a cover was not expected as one was not advertised) I am very pleased with the high quality and style. Highly recommend.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. I haven't given it yet!!!

Needed a heavy duty chef knife. This did not fit the bill - is light but the balance is way off and makes chopping have all the work in the forearm and not the knife. Returned.

It was described as very sharp for use in the kitchen. I find it to be ordinary and not outstanding. I am looking for sharp and good performance. Didn’t meet my expectation.
