No idea how this showed up in my "things to look at" pile, and who pays $20 for a dishpan, right? Honestly, I scoffed.A closer look revealed some interesting features that you don't find in a Big Box Store dishpan - the feet on the bottom keep it up off the sink bottom, eliminating the greasy, gunky stuff that builds up if you don't wash both sink and dishpan bottom every time; because it doesn't rest on the bottom of the sink, it doesn't stop the drain when full like my old one did; the drain in the bottom means no more lifting it to empty, which means no spilling or stress tears like the thin plastic versions; the handles make it easy to lift and move wherever you need it, whether empty or full; thicker plastic will surely mean it will last longer than the cheapo kind.And I bought one. Yes, it's a bit smaller than the cheap version, but it's so much more sturdy and functional the size doesn't matter much. It fits just fine in my double sink (cheap rental stainless sink) and since I'm only doing dishes for one, it's big enough. The drain works perfectly so far, no leaks and it sure makes it easier to empty! It's stylish (mine is blue) practical and does it's job perfectly.Yes, I paid $20 for a dishpan, and I'm glad I did :-)

Yes it's a bit pricey but so worth it. Great with the drain and really easy to lift with the handles. Despite not being overly big lovely and deep for washing up. Also seems good and strong so am hopng for a long life. Can't imagine not having it already.

Genial um Wasser zu sparen!Und daran sollten wir mittlerweile Alle denken!Sehr stabil und funktional.Ich nutze es als Einsatz im Waschbecken um Wasser aufzufangen, welches sonst fast ungenutzt in der Kanalisation verschwindet.Kartoffeln und Gemüse wasche ich darin oder fange damit das Obst-wasch-Wasser auf.Ist die Schüssel voll, geht das Wasser nach draußen als Gießwasser. So kommen bei mir mittlerweile täglich bis zu 70 Liter zusammen, die nicht ungenutzt im Ausguss verschwendet werden!
